Blueberry flapjacks

1 can blueberries save juice for sauce
2 egg whites - avoid yolks 6 g fat -

1/4 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla essence
1/2 cup skim milk
1 cup self raising
1/2 teaspoon bicarbonate soda
cooking spray

Juice and 1 tablespoon cornflour
keep stirring on medium heat

Beat egg whites and sugar add essence and milk
fold flour until combined
fold berries

spray oil in pan
pour in a round shape and cook 2 minutes
